I worked mainly with John on my M6 Convertible. It was a very good experience. I had no issues or problems with the transaction. They were reasonable on the pricing. There we a few items I wanted done before delivery and these were handled exactly as they said; no hassels. Communication was excellent. John took some vacation during the sales process, but he still answered his e-mails and voice mails promptly. They always got back within 1 business day, or less. Jeff of the Finance Dept was prompt and informative as well. They shipped the car out to Dallas and this too went well. A friendly, professional dealer and I would use this dealer again and had absolutley no problems, or issues. They made buying a BMW very easy and pleasant, which is not always the case with BMW dealers around the country. More

He had me look at, and sit in another sales assoc. new 128i that was brand new, to help me see what all the latest options looked like and how they would work for me. This personalized service, along with a friendly staff made my decision to lease/purchase from this dealership so easy. They are all very professional and knowledgable about their products, they strive to make the purchase fun and easy. You can go online and actually see your car being made at the factory in Germany. The transition from the trade in of my old car to purchasing my new car was seamless and very easy. I got a fair deal on my trade in and I am THRILLED with my new car!!! The BMW 128i with the M package is just an incredible car---very fast, handles like a dream, shifts like a race car. You feel like you are in a high tech/high powered machine---SO FUN! More

I spent 2 years with a recurring problem that BMW of Watertown never seemed to fix. Decided to change dealers for service and went to BMW of Darien. That experience wasn't the best and the customer service lacked so I went back to BMW of Watertown. They again did not fix the same problem and charged me 2 hours of labor to tell me I had too much alcohol in my gas and BMW wouldn't warranty that. I walked in to BMW of Bridgeport and asked to just speak with someone in service. I was introduced to Bernard and explained my troubles to him. He was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely professional. Explaining the recurring problem he seemed to know exactly what it was. They took the car in and did many tests and now 2 years later the problem was finally diagnosed and fixed. I am a big proponent of the BMW brand and will recommend...and already have...BMW of Bridgeport and namely Bernard Croker to everyone. A family of 3 BMW's, we were getting very discouraged with BMW having recently traded the 3 convertible for a Mini...okay still family and was thinking of getting rid of the X5. Happy to say we will now keep it around for a while...at least until I can justify an X5 diesel!! More

Kurt Kressu was very pro-active with us. We were originally working with BMW Darien but he called and offered us a better discount on a new 535XI 2011 model. Darien could not touch the discount. We will also use BMW Bridgeport for service since they offered to bring the loaner car to us and take ours, as Bridegport is a bit far away from where we live.
