For starters, like many, I hate shopping for cars....The hassle, the haggle.....Just not that much fun. I was looking for a pre-owned BMW and had actually located one at a different dealership when I too hassle, the haggle.....Just not that much fun. I was looking for a pre-owned BMW and had actually located one at a different dealership when I took one last look at the inventory that BMW of Bridgeport had to offer. Literally on the eve of my purchase of another car (same model, same color, same mileage +/-), I checked out the cars available through the Bridgeport location and lo and behold the car that I was looking for was available there. I made an appointment on Tuesday morning for Tuesday evening. Test drove the car, ran some numbers and cut a deal for the vehicle that night. There were a few minor snafus in setting up the paperwork etc, but to Kurt's credit and to the credit of the staff at BMW of Bridgeport, they have gone out of their way to make things right. I picked up the car last Thursday. I am very happy so far. I hope to be driving my gently used BMW for the next few years. I would like to note that Kurt Kressu was very easy to work with and was not the typical "car salesman". He truly helped make the experience pleasurable. More

I called from cars.com ad for Bill and he was readily available, efficient, informative, polite. I came from MA to see 2 cars and Kurt took care of me from then on. I had an excellent recent experience with this dealership in leasing an X-3. I worked with John Rossetti and found him to be knowledgeable and friendly. During my car shopping this Jan 2010, BMW is one of my top 5 choices with Audi, Toyota, Infiniti and Ford as the other four choices. The main reasons that I decided to choose BMW (setting aside that BMW i top 5 choices with Audi, Toyota, Infiniti and Ford as the other four choices. The main reasons that I decided to choose BMW (setting aside that BMW is the most expensive among my choices), Kurt Kressu is a very good salesperson, he follows up on me everyday (at least 2x per day), he gave me several options such as pre-owned, lease or finance, he attended to all my requests i.e. car color, options, interior, payment scheme. During the release of the car, I was well attended by Jeff, the Business Manager and by Tom. Overall, I rate the dealer BMW of Bridgeport, the sales group Kurt, Jeff and Tom as excellent. Indeed, BMW is "The Ultimate Driving Machine"!!! More

Leo Caputo was a very respectful salesman who i felt was a friend helping me. He sends of a good vibe that you arent just a customer but a friend as well. We spent half the time BSing about things. We were very happy with our visit and purchase at BMW of Bridgeport. Before going to this dealership, we visited BMW of Watertown on the intent of seeing a car they told us they had over the phone. Mind you, when we got there, the car we wanted to see, did not exsit. At BMW of Bridgeport, Kurt searched high and low for a car that had just come of a lease. He also pointed out other cars in our price range on our search for the car he really wanted us to see. Sure enough, he found it, it was a white 328XI with navigation-just what we wanted. We manged to make a deal that day, with no pressure at all. We were pleased and would definately recommend BMW of Bridgeport. More
