I am so very pleased since I began bringing my car to Bridgeport BMW. I live in North Haven and purchased my car at the North Haven dealership with no satisfaction there at all. Bridgeport is around 30 miles from my home where North Haven is only 2 miles from my home. I would drive 100 miles to get the kind of service Bridgeport BMW offers me. The entire staff is pleasant, friendly, professional and very personable. Walter Modeen has taken care of me about a dozen times in Bridgeport and I think he is such an assest to this establishment. Walter will call me with a diagnosis and explain everything in laymen's terms. He is a joy to deal with and that's why I keep going back. I have referred several of my friends too; when I asked how they liked it, I got a great response and now they have switched from their previous dealership to bridgeport as well. I have been going to BMW of Bridgeport for service for almost two years, and I have to say that it has been my best experience with a BMW dealership in Connecticut. I live in the greater Hartford area, a almost two years, and I have to say that it has been my best experience with a BMW dealership in Connecticut. The Service Advisor that I alwasy work with is Walt Modeen. He is top notch and a huge asset to this dealership. Although I did not purchase my 2006 330i from BMW of Bridgeport, I can certainly vouch for their customer service department which has been great! Granted, one might not like to take thier car to the sh Bridgeport, I can certainly vouch for their customer service department which has been great! Granted, one might not like to take thier car to the shop every few months to start out with, but in my case, I commute 130 miles per day. One year, six months and 60,000 miles later, I haven't really needed much more than an oil change, wipers, tires and an air filter. I keep thinking that there is more that can be done to keep my baby on top of her game, but I guess German's really do build the ultimate driving machines. Anyway, each time I need to scedule an appointment, I just send Tona (my rep) an e-mail as I drive to work and she always manages to squeeze me in. In a case when they had to keep my car over night, they even provided me alternative transportation. It's been an awesome experice and a reason I will likely keeping going back to BMW of Bridgeport in the years to come. More

I was very impressed with the friendliness of the salesperson, Kurt and his manager. They were low key but did follow up as promised, he foudn me the exact color and interior that I wanted within da salesperson, Kurt and his manager. I went into BMW of Bridgeport last August to look for a used BMW that would be a great value. It's true; BMW is the "ultimate driving machine" and having had one for several years (a 525) I always wanted used BMW that would be a great value. It's true; BMW is the "ultimate driving machine" and having had one for several years (a 525) I always wanted to get back into one. After my divorce, I felt it was more prudent to find a practical car and purchased a used Subaru wagon. Me - at heart a RED BMW Coupe was driving a navy blue wagon. After two years and finding gainful employment, I met Kurt at BMW. Working with Kurt was wonderful. He listened, never seeming pushy or offensive in any way. We looked at several used BMW's and when Kurt heard me say that a Red car with a Beige interior was my 'ultimate' color combination, he steered me to the showroom floor where my beautiful car was waiting for me. A Brand New 2009 left-over in RED with a BEIGE interior. It wasn't a coupe, but I quickly made that adjustment. What a great car, what a great experience working with BMW of Bridgeport and Kurt was by far the best car salesperson I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I highly recommend Kurt to my friends, and actually brought one of my girlfriends down to Bridgeport BMW to take a look and meet Kurt. More

Purchasing my 2006 X5 last year was not only my first BMW but was the most convenient and comfortable process that i've ever had in purchasing a car during my 40 years of driving. I had my X5 serviced at another dealership that was closer to my home, but ended up taking it back to Bridgeport and my X5 runs beautifully.
