Not the best place to visit if you can find the car somewhere else. The only reason i went to this dealership was because no one else had the car i wanted. They didnt even offer a bottle of water!! I would not reccomend this dealership to anyone. I knew more about the car than they did! The obly person that was a bit helpful was the finance manager. The car wasnt even washed fully i had to ask them to do it again. They didnt even set up the bmw app. I would never visit this dealership again. More

I had been searching for the perfect Z4 six speed manual for years and found one offered by BMW of Bridgeport. Each and every person there was very helpful and friendly from Victoria in financing with her for years and found one offered by BMW of Bridgeport. Each and every person there was very helpful and friendly from Victoria in financing with her efficient and speedy process getting us through the buying process to Anthony the "BMW genius" explaining features of the car AND offering post purchase help with any questions. Natalie was the primary person we worked with and in two words...she was genuine and honest. It's a quality we didn't expect at a car dealership. There was great communication and follow-up by her and she truly wanted to do the best for us. She also has a terrific personality and is fun too - I know that's not critical to the buying process, but, it's icing on the cake and really made for a very positive experience. If we lived closer, we'd use them for all our servicing needs ! More
