Overall, our experience here was very good. Our salesman, Roy, was welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. We waited for over a half hour before we were needed. Granted our appointment was when they opened up so maybe that was part of the issue. Our insurance agent was just contacted that morning. Not a huge deal though which is why I’m still giving 5 stars. I would definitely go back and I would recommend it to others! More

Very easy process to return my 330xi going off lease and to lease a 530xi.
