Great experience I purchased my car during the covid pandemic and the sale was so safe and secure. Most of the negotiating and paperwork was done over the phone so when we arrived it was just a lot of signing and I drove out with my car. I was not happg this time. I usually have Bernard C as my advisor and he does an amazing job always sets me at ease I trust when he says I need a repair I truly do need it. This time Bernard was not available and I met a nice gentleman as my advisor but by time he got done with my car he found so many things wrong I felt like I got taken advantage of I feel he passed the bill to increase his commission I don’t believe he had my best interest in mind when he processed my car. Kelly Garvin immediately greeted me upon arrival and my vehicle was ready for a test drive. Shortly thereafter we agreed on a fair sale price for my trade-in and new vehicle. No high pressure sales, no bait and switch, no hidden or last minute charges such as that encountered at other dealers. I will drive out of my way to purchase a car again from Kelly, even though there is a closer bmw dealer within 8 miles from my home. More

Quick and easy leasing and turn-in This lease is the third I have undertaken with this dealership. The sales person was different each time. I told the salesman what I wanted in the new car on Wednesday; he located it almost immediately; he brought it to my house for a test drive on Thursday; I reviewed papers on Thursday afternoon and used a charge card to make the cash payment; and signed the papers and took deliver on Friday. Susan Ritzer had told me that BMW Finance would giver me a 2 cent discount per mile for any overage. I took care of that on Thursday as well. I have bought and leased many cars. This process was the easiest with no issues. More
