Traveling and in need of service I was traveling through CT and my oil light came on so I stopped into their service department. Tona was extremely friendly and helpful. Car did not start and brought it back twice in 2 days Brought my car in because it would not start. Had to jump it for at least 30 minutes before it started and I brought it in. Was told the battery was good but it could be my old trickle charger was no longer good. They said there was no way of knowing if it was good. I felt the old T-C was fine because when charging the battery, it showed the usual red light before progressing to green as usual but BMW suggested I buy a new T-C. I drove the car home but did not feel the problem was resolved. Three days later, the car did not start again. After trying to charge it for over 30 minutes, it finally started and I brought it back to BMW. Good thing it started or I would have had to pay towing at a cost of approximately $150. The car remains there. They sold me a $150 T-C that I don't think I needed and the problem is not yet resolved. More

Did not wash my car after my oil change I go to the dealer to get a old change the service writer tell me at them all changed my car will get a wash and vacuum after I pick my car up my car I go to the dealer to get a old change the service writer tell me at them all changed my car will get a wash and vacuum after I pick my car up my car wasn’t wash and vacuum and my service writer wanted me to wait 20 minutes more I just pick my kids up from school I did not have anymore time to wait so I leave so that’s my review I have for you guys is not good More

My service contact, Carlos Hernandez, was wonderful, kept me completely informed about the service on my car, what needed to be done, and the cost of everything.
