Knowledgeable, Creative, and Easy to Deal with I wanted to go from a lease from another dealer and buy a new car. Much to my surprise, I was able to leave my (close to end of lease) leased car at B I wanted to go from a lease from another dealer and buy a new car. Much to my surprise, I was able to leave my (close to end of lease) leased car at BMW of Bridgeport and leave with the new car that I wanted. Sales, finance, and a BMW Genius ( and other folks whom I didn't meet but who helped with the process) I was able to pay off the rest of my lease and leave the leased car that day. I got help with my insurance company, and the registration for the new car was available in a matter of hours. And I came away with a great price! More

Amazing experience I just purchased a 2 series 2020, and actually had a wonderful experience. I found online the BMW that had all the requirements I was looking for- onl I just purchased a 2 series 2020, and actually had a wonderful experience. I found online the BMW that had all the requirements I was looking for- only problem was that it was located in Bridgeport, Conn. Although it was a 70 minute drive from New York, it was the the most rewarding trip I took in a long time. Upon arrival, I was met with smiles and introductions to the dealership team. My salesman, Kelly Garvin, could not have been more congenial, and helpful. He even helped me stay within my desired price range determining which options were truly imperative and which were superfluous for me. I felt comfortable with the agreed upon price , and for the first time in a while, I did not feel as if I over paid for a car. Kelly is an avid hockey player, and just a wonderful person. The test drive with Anthony (knows everything about BMW)was amazing as well- he let me drive and did not talk incessantly, allowing me to focus on the car. I am a NYS Trooper surgeon- not in the car industry, in case anyone was wondering about the sincerity of my review. More

My latest This is my 6th BMW from BMW of Bridgeport. I've worked with a number of client advisors, and all of them were very courteous and efficient. My latest dealing was with Kelly Garvin. He was able to find me a car that I was looking for (BMW of Bridgeport did not have my selection available, so Kelly had located the car elsewhere and had it delivered to Bridgeport dealership) and manager to get me a very attractive lease terms. The transaction went smoothly, Kelly helped me to avoid paying small damage fee by running it thru my insurance with no out of pocket costs. Him and Susan Ritzer were very helpful in facilitating the transition from by current BMW to the new one, and I'm grateful for that. I would totally recommend this dealership. Greg More
