Every time I go in for service it's at least an additional 4K of work needed. My vehicle isn't an every day car. The labor prices are outrageous. I understand it's BMW but wow. The service standards also seem to have changed since I purchased my vehicle. I have lost my confidence in the service Department! More
I've come in several times for service appointments and have been attended by a few different people but id like to leave this review for the tall chocolate man there. I purchased 3for1 warranty back on December 2022. Requested to cancel on January 11, 2024 and Gabby Parenti provided a "quote of cancelation." I brings my car for service department , person told me 2 or 3 days my car may have to stay in the shop. Ok not problems i said .but I have to go back to my job in stratford so i need a ride he t 2 or 3 days my car may have to stay in the shop. Only problem was letting me know that car was ready. Found out when I asked for it after 2 hours and was told the called my name. Believe that but no way to hear that through a wall. Texting t ready. I used to have an awesome experience with this dealership and felt like they’re eye very honest. My last visit left me feeling very suspicious. They called my the day before my service appointment where I needed one specified service and tried to buy my car out..I denied this but at my appointment they were trying to tell me I needed $4500 worth of tune up services on 5 year old vehicle with relatively low mileage…i feel like this was a tactic to get me to sell my car and I’ll be seeking a second opinion More
