My First BMW !! I wanted to get my first BMW car and I was interested in 3 series. So, after browsing online, I saw that Bridgewater had the more inventory of which I I wanted to get my first BMW car and I was interested in 3 series. So, after browsing online, I saw that Bridgewater had the more inventory of which I was looking for. I went there and sales person took me for a test drive and i liked the same car that i drove. So, we sit back and talked about the options of getting used vs new and some other features. And, I ended up getting the same car with good price !! Even going through the credit check options and final documentations were very smooth. So, I would definitely recommend anyone this dealer. I am also getting follow-up calls from sales person on how my experience have been so far, which is really great !! More
iPhone 5 I was having great difficulty in connecting my iPhone 5 to my 2008 BMW 525xi so could get my music to play in the car. I called the parts dept at Brid I was having great difficulty in connecting my iPhone 5 to my 2008 BMW 525xi so could get my music to play in the car. I called the parts dept at Bridgewater BMW and spoke with Vlad, he told me what I needed and said he would attach the part to my phone when I arrived. When I arrived Vlad came out to the car and too his surprise the part didn't work but he knew immediately what the problem was and came back with the correct part and it did work. I was sooo happy because now I can get back to listening to my music in the car....I'm so Happy!!!!! Thanks Vald. Bernice More

Got a very good deal and he helped even in the purchase process by going back-forth with BMW financial as i had some minor issues with my credit score (of not having enough history). CPO sale My husband and me were looking to purchase a 2011 328i xdrive and we visited multiple dealerships prior to coming to your dealership. The customer service and product knowledge at the other dealerships was average and we were both quite surprised by this. In addition the certified pre-owned vehicles were in below average condition. One of the vehicles had a cracked windshield, severe curb rash on the rims, and multiple scratches on the body of the car. After our disappointment with the other dealerships we decided to make one last visit to another BMW dealership before we made the decision to purchase a different car. We chose Bridgewater BMW because it was close to where I work. I work in Union,NJ at the Bed Bath & Beyond corporate office. We went online and filled out a credit application and requested information on the car we were interested in and received an immediate response from Amelia in your online sales department. She connected us to Tom Forget. Words cannot express the level of professionalism and superior customer service that we received from Tom. He worked with us every step of the way to ensure we satisfied. I can honestly say we will never buy another car from any other dealership. We picked up our car on Thursday and couldn't be happier with our purchase. The car is immaculate. Robert Hoffman worked with us at the dealership when we came to test drive the car and pick up the car. Ozzy worked with us on finalizing all paperwork and additional warranties. Tom, Amelia, Robert, and Ozzy were all very knowledgable and demonstrated exceptional customer service and professionalism. We can't express enough gratitude and appreciation to Tom Forget. While each individual at your dealership went every extra step to ensure we were satisfied customers, Tom surpassed every experience I have ever had as a consumer. He was genuine and put in 200% of his efforts to ensure our best interests came first. I initially went to the dealership looking just because I was interested in purchasing a new/used car in May 2014 for a 50th Birthday present to myself. Needless to say on March 22nd 2014 I ended up driving home in a 2013 328i xdrive which was an ex-loaner with 6653 miles. The ELITE PROGRAM was the gotcha for me. I even received a complementary BMW i8 wireless computer mouse with my purchase. Anthony and Tom were extremely nice and pleasant to do business with I left the dealership a HAPPY CUSTOMER....... Buy your next BMW from BMW of Bridgewater! I've bought about 8 or 9 new cars in my life and as many of you reading this already know based on experience, buying a new car can sometimes be a str I've bought about 8 or 9 new cars in my life and as many of you reading this already know based on experience, buying a new car can sometimes be a stressful experience to say the least. Especially when dealing with a larger multi-franchise dealership that process you like just a number. I never knew BMW of Bridgewater (dba Hunterton BMW) existed until I complained to 2 co-workers (both BMW owners) that it sometimes took over 2-3 weeks to get a service appointment with a loaner car at Open Road Edison, even though I had bought my car from them and they told me they serviced their cars at Bridgewater and I have been going there ever since for service (Debra & Chad are the best!). So when it came to considering buying a new BMW, it was almost a no-brainer. The great service experience made me consider purchasing at BMW of Bridgewater, so I started my intial inquiry with Client Advisor Frank Fratzola while I was waiting for my car in service, who even though he knew that I wasn't ready to purchase for months, was still extremely helpful & attentive in addressing all of my questions and concerns re available options and configuring a car exactly the way I wanted. As a die-hard BMW enthusiast, I was still in the beginning stages of the purchase process but with much work, we narrowed down what options I did or did not want or need based on my previous car, driving style, etc. Initially I was looking at the newer version of my car (now a 435i xDrive coupe with MSport Pkg) however, after a few test drives, I decided to shorten my new purchase/lease window and narrowed it down to a Glacier Silver 428i xDrive coupe that just came off the carrier. Negotiations began and Peter Provost (new car sales manager) also got involved to help with the transaction. Almost no new car purchase doesn't involve some type of back and forth, but this was minimal with fairly no hassles as compared to past experiences. I had planned to buy my car from Bridgewater (if it was a new BMW) since I would definitely service it there, but being the savvy consumer I am, to rest my mind and having had purchased my last BMW at Open Road BMW of Edison, (a beautiful LeMans Blue 2011 BMW 335i xDrive coupe with MSport pkg as a special order back in Oct. of 2010, I believe Bridgewater hadn't opened yet), I wanted to still check out what BMW Edison had to offer, because after all, they did own three other dealerships and thought they'd be more aggressive with pricing. I should have learned from my service experience there at Edison..bigger doesn't always mean better! When I got to Open Road BMW Edison, I was passed off to a different saleman other than the one I had contacted initially since he knew I wasn't immediately in the market, apparently, the wolves there only like instant kills! In any event. I don't recall the number-taker's name but I think he was named after a president lol (Roosevelt, Washington or Hamilton?) In any event, he treated me like I was a tire-kicker looking to buy a GM car, going back and forth with the trade devaluation (which they didn't even look at), high retail numbers on the new car and high money factor rates on the lease. It was that point that I got so turned off that I walked out & left. Needless to say, I happily returned to BMW of Bridgewater as planned and completed the transaction with Frank, Peter and finally with Ozzy (the business manager). I had also ordered addition BMW Performance parts that Frank had the Parts Dept order and aligned a service appt with loaner to get them installed. He followed up until everything was completed. I'm documenting my story here to save you time & regret Do yourself a favor, if want to be treated like a person with respect throughout the entire procedure and not like a number or processed foodstuff, buy your next new BMW from BMW of Bridgewater...you'll thank me! The entire team that I worked with, Mike Watson, Tom Forget, Ozzy Mamoor, are all top notch professionals. My experience could not have been more positive. They got me the car of my dreams and at a price that I could afford. Never once did I feel uncomfortable or pressured which is sometimes the experience in purchasing a car. They all treated me with respect and as a partner through the process. If you are buying a BMW, I highly encourage you to speak with Mike Watson. Hands down, the best salesman I have ever worked with, and this is my 6th car purchase (second BMW). He is extremely down to earth, approachable, honest, trustworthy, solution oriented, and fun to work with. He was in constant touch during the whole process and very accessible at all times.
