This was my first purchase buying a car over the phone. My sales woman Shelby was attentive to all of my requests from the jump. I’ve bought 3 BMWs from Bridgewater and seeking my 4th currently, however the dealership has gone so far downhill I regret approaching them. In dealing with my 4th sales rep (turnover there is high) they currently, however the dealership has gone so far downhill I regret approaching them. In dealing with my 4th sales rep (turnover there is high) they royally screwed up the process on many fronts. They’ve also outright lied to me about their inventory and status of my order including the sales manager Bill Hamilton. Now they are attempting to keep my deposit money for a car they have given me no paperwork on and refuse to let me purchase the car I want from BMW Morristown. The opposite of customer service. So now I’m stuck as they refuse to refund me my deposit they collected under fraudulent terms and no contract, just a receipt when they asked for my credit card last week. I can’t believe a superior brand like BMW allows their independently owned dealers to act this way in the marketplace. More
