The service I received was exceptional. I had had a problem with my X3 so I brought it in for service. Darrell Hoeg went above and beyond to help me out in my situation. I brought my car to BMW off Bridgewater to have wheel locks installed. Andrew, my Service Advisor enthusiastically took my car back to the Service Department and was back in 5 minutes with my car. My son ran over a piece of metal on RT78 and soon after we got a check engine light. We had a code scanner and it told us there was an issue with the gas evaporative recirculation system. We brought into Bridgewater BMW and later in the day they sent us a video of the technician disassembling the area by the gas cap and told use two motor needed to be replaced for $1,800. Two motors went bad at the same time? This seemed odd, so I brought the car to Ziggy, a BMW specialist in Hillsborough. We told him the story, he bends over to look under the car, "There's your problem!". I look under the car and there is a hose dangling about a foot long. THIS WAS OBVIOUS. There is 100% chance that the BMW tech saw and ignored this instead trying to milk us. Ziggy did the repair for a fair price. This wasn't the first time... on a previous E46 repair I had an argument with the service rep but I couldn't get proof of fraud. I since bought a used Tesla 3 and haven't seen a dealer or repair shop in 2 years. More
