Andrew was a poor communicator. I needed a new tire but he barely spoke to me. Told me to come back next day at 1:30. Also he never told me of the 3% credit card fee. Also what is the $16.30 surcharge for. I am not pleased by Andrew’s behavior. He , in my opinion was not pleasant to deal with and was reliable when I needed follow-up and assistance. More

Excellent experience. I dropped my car in the morning for an engine oil service. They had it ready within a couple of hours. Took my car into BMW Bridgewater for a routine oil change and my emissions inspection. The process was quick, and they handled the process seamlessly. I also had them perform a safety check on the acoustic and my emissions inspection. The process was quick, and they handled the process seamlessly. They were very knowledgeable about the sensors and verified everything was functioning perfectly, which gave me great peace of mind.
