Purchase a Bmw X7 M on January 2022 , When i Purchase The Bmw we agreed on a price , Once i was in Finance The Finance manager Iliona Alex Told Me I was getting for free Paint protection That i was not gett Bmw we agreed on a price , Once i was in Finance The Finance manager Iliona Alex Told Me I was getting for free Paint protection That i was not getting charge for it , Once i was home i went over my paperwork and there was a charge for $ 1,050 for paint protection , I called the Finance Director Told her They can look at the recording They have ,The Finance manager told me i was free at No charge , they send me a Paper saying They will credit my account the amount i was charge , this was in march 2022 , After a month I called to follow up , send emails and left voice mails and They never call me back , I live 2 hours away for me just to go for something The company supposed to fix for me , Every time i call the salesperson that answer ask you how do you want to talk , they transfer you and a manager never answers or calls you back, This is bad business what they are doing, just be careful when you do you paperwork you don't what to end up like me 5 months later and no one helping you. More
