Once I got there I was a little confused on what to do and nobody approached me I had to find somebody and ask them for the person I had an appointment with. Once my service person Juan approached me he d and nobody approached me I had to find somebody and ask them for the person I had an appointment with. Scott Book (service advisor) is great! Great customer service, very friendly, keeps you updated on the status of your vehicle, and is timely in his responses to you.
