Kevin, the sales manager is horrible. John Latko was even worse. I elevated to head of the Region for AutoNation and no response. Disrespectful and discriminatory treatment This was the worst experience we ever had with any dealership. For the first time my husband and I were treated differently because of our accents. This was the worst experience we ever had with any dealership. For the first time my husband and I were treated differently because of our accents. Due to limited car inventory, we drove a long way to the dealership. We already had the discussion with the salesperson and we went in to complete the paperwork and take the car. First, we got a couple of double-sided comments from the sales person; then we had to wait over 45 min to meet with the finance manager. While waiting, the sales person didn’t even bother to check in with us or answer my text asking for an update. I could see him sitting in the office and not replying. The cherry on top was the finance manager, he was very curt while going through the paperwork, then started arguing with us about the city name we live in, insinuating we are using the city name, instead of the area name to make it more prestigious (whatever that means); just because he couldn’t read my husband’s handwriting of a number, he said “I know it must be hard since English is not your first language” (??!!). The treatment was so disrespectful that we got up to leave, and if it wasn’t for the sales manager’s intervening, we would have walked out. After that, there was no follow up call or email from the dealership, until an email from the salesperson last month asking for client referral and a customer service call, again just last month to check in on the car. I provided a detailed description of our experience to customer service rep, again with no follow up from the dealership. It seems disrespectful and discriminatory treatment of the customers are an accepted behavior by the management. More
Buyer beware and double check the Carfax This dealer sold me a car and glanced over the fact that it had been in 4 reported accidents. I briefly glanced at the Carfax and the Buyers guide had This dealer sold me a car and glanced over the fact that it had been in 4 reported accidents. I briefly glanced at the Carfax and the Buyers guide had nothing about the prior accidents on it. Little did I know this would make other dealerships be completely uninterested in trading in the car and it immediately took $1200 off of the resale value of the car. Be extra careful, buyer beware as they will not point out these important details in the sales process, they will just try to slide them by. More
Had this site allowed me, I would have have given the dealership zero stars. I followed their protocol for the purchase of a vehicle - sent them photocopies of my driver license, insurance, signed pur dealership zero stars. I followed their protocol for the purchase of a vehicle - sent them photocopies of my driver license, insurance, signed purchase price agreement - and they assured me I'd have first right of refusal once they completed their own inspection as well as my own independent inspection if I chose to have one. They refused to take a deposit - told me it was not necessary and the car was mine if I wanted it. I was a cash buyer and the very first customer offering to buy the vehicle (at the asking price). They very next day they sold the vehicle out from under me. They blatantly lied to me and violated their own company policy. Do not trust this dealership. They are not their word. More
AutoNation deliberately and calculatedly concealed an Engine gasket repair that costs us almost $8000 to repair. They advertise that they take the worry out of purchasing a used car, but they did the opp Engine gasket repair that costs us almost $8000 to repair. They advertise that they take the worry out of purchasing a used car, but they did the opposite. They did a great inspection, yet hid the results of it. When we had issues and requested an inspection report, we discovered that they had in fact discovered this prior to selling it, didn’t repair it, and then sold the vehicle to us without disclosing the damage. Now that we have discovered what they have done, they are refusing to pay for the repairs, rewind the deal or buy back the vehicle. This is clearly not a warranty issue since this was an issue that existed before we purchased it, and it was concealed from us as the consumer. We never asked (up to this point) for compensation for the extreme hardship this has caused. They are falsely advertising the quality of their vehicles and they know it. We have the documentation to prove it. Rather than doing the right thing here, they are refusing to make it right. Do NOT use this AutoNation dealership or ANY AutoNation dealership, as their advertised policies and actual policies do not match. They are not worry free, they do not care about the customer or the car. They are extremely deceptive. More
Worst service experience ever. Normal service advisor wasn’t working the day I came in, so I was assigned Ricky Roman. I waited about an hour from my scheduled time before he addressed me and inspected m wasn’t working the day I came in, so I was assigned Ricky Roman. I waited about an hour from my scheduled time before he addressed me and inspected my car - not one greeting or apologies for the long wait. My car concern was that my steering wheel was uncentered after having done an alignment just the week before. His first reply was that I should’ve brought the car in right when I noticed the issue - I brought the car in one week later, so I’m sorry, but people have jobs, so you really expect someone to bring in the car right away. Then, he literally says “You cannot keep bringing your car in every week just because you hit a pothole.” So he basically accused me of hitting a pothole and ruining the alignment that was done just one week ago. Then, he made me wait an hour for the car to be washed just because he “forgot my paperwork was already printed out“ from the fax machine, and never called me to sign the papers so I could get my car and leave. This guy is a joke, stay away from him if possible. Don’t say I didn’t warn you. More

Beware! Employees including managers,do not follow through. Very disappointing experience. Peter Nicolaoa was our sales person. Kim Costello the finance manager and Bianca White the sales manager. During the c Very disappointing experience. Peter Nicolaoa was our sales person. Kim Costello the finance manager and Bianca White the sales manager. During the contract signing in finance, Kim Costello was unprofessional. Specifically, she told me that now that I was leasing a luxury car, I would need to purchase a warranty because everything on the car would need to be replaced. She said that she use to lease a Porsche and BMWs and she had to pay very expensive fees just to turn in the cars. I explained to her that I had leased before and no thank you. Her attitude seemed to change when I declined the service contract. However, Kim continued with the horror stories. It made me feel that I was making the wrong decision about leasing my first ever BMW since it was very likely, based on what Kim said, that the tires would fall off before I got out of the parking lot. I was sold tint for my car when the windows were already tinted. I was told by Peter that I he would contact me on Monday about my floor mats. I was never contacted regarding floor mats. I scheduled service at 7:00 a.m., took the day off of work, for the tint on my windows and was told they don't tint front windows. I opted to stay to speak to Bianca to discuss my frustration. at 8:00 a.m., Bianca was not there. I was informed by Veronica that Bianca was on vacation. I explained my situation to Veronica. She said that I could sign a waiver to get the tint on my front windows. So, I did so and was told it would take three hours. The car was not finished until 3:30 p.m. Veronica also took care of my car mats and gave me a BMW pen and key chain - very nice. I told her that I had not received a car manual and wanted to know if that was a new thing. She said no and promised to mail one to me. I have never received the manual. I have leased and purchased many cars and have been treated better at Nissan, even Harley Davidson for a purchase that is not even a fraction of what the BMW was. I live closer to Long Beach but sought out Buena Park and am so very disappointed. Also, I asked that the Pink Auto Nation license plate frame be removed as it is tacky. I was told that I was going to want to keep that on my car because it means that I donated to women's issues. First, I didn't know that I had made any donation and secondly, if I had donated, I wouldn't want the proof on my car. Promoting something as charity is extremely poor taste. If I could, I would take it all back and go somewhere else. More

Unprofessional Sales Manager Do not let sales managers bully you into buying/leasing any vehicle from them! Adaira E Raeisi is one of the most unprofessional sales managers I'v Do not let sales managers bully you into buying/leasing any vehicle from them! Adaira E Raeisi is one of the most unprofessional sales managers I've ever dealt with. My husband requested specific information from Ms. Raeisi such as the money factor, residual, what rebates and how much were applied, etc. My husband pointed out that the money factor was much higher than what other dealers were offering. Ms. Raeisi had valid points regarding the increased money factor rate, however, her attitude was less than desirable. We are here to lease a vehicle, which requires negotiations (obviously). My husband was trying to negotiate the money factor with Ms. Raeisi. Once the question was brought up to reduce the money factor, it turned into an aggressive, rude, sales tactic of “I don’t need to sell this car to you because I’m going to make more money selling it to someone else.” It was a question, and a negotiation. My husband was left speechless and once he said “thank you” after her rant, there was not even a goodbye from her end. She immediately hung up the phone. There’s a level of professionalism we expect from salesmen and especially from sales managers from a high-end luxury brand. Clearly, she let her emotions get the best of her. Not fit for a manager position. More
