But this was entirely different. The team at Steve Thomas made it feel like it was meant to be, because it WAS meant to be and they made sure that feeling never diminished for me. From the greeting by the owner of the dealership (a first for me) to the sales rep. Ryan Amico who is an absolute GEM... From the title clerk to the final paper work signing we were treated with kindness, understanding and appreciation. a truly amazing experience. The Steve Thomas experience was something to behold. I can't really rate them on their repair work since we never made it that far. First of all they don't have loaners... they have a shuttle service. Unlike every other BMW dealership I've been to, Steve Thomas doesn't have a proper waiting area. They just shoved a couch and chair in the gift shop amid the BMW shirts and mugs. Not even a desk or phone to use. The final straw was when I was told they didn't have WiFi. This is a BMW dealership in 2010?? Totally unacceptable. The only positive thing I can say is that the service writer, Travis, was very friendly. More
