Terrible experience. Sent me to work in a lyft, which was a smokers car without operational windows. I called at 11:50 to check the status and I was told that my service manager was at lunch and he would call me back. He never called me back. I called back multiple times and finally reviewed a pickup around 3:00. Once at the dealership I waited for 35 min and they brought my car unwashed. The service manager had an attitude that he could care less. More
