Not so great experience interacting with the parts lady and service department Omar. She was rude and disrespectful and flip flopping between writing a check for returned parts or credit card refund. I asked Omar I would like to speak to the technician who is going to work on my car he replied I do not who that would be, I said once you know who that would be but no reply. Ultimately I found my way to Felix the mechanic working on my car explained which wheel hit the pot hole and he was very receptive. Bottom line so far unfortunately I have not found anyone like Jeremy in parts nor Brian C. in service department. I also saw Omar and the parts lady laughing when Omar went to get my change after paying my bill in cash. More
