BMW of Carlsbad is quite a gorgeous new facility. But you get the same great service as we did in Vista. Richard, my Service Manager is always cheerful and helpful (and definitely patient, with all But you get the same great service as we did in Vista. Richard, my Service Manager is always cheerful and helpful (and definitely patient, with all my weird questions. lol) I just brought my Roadster in for regular maintenance and didn't expect to notice any difference in it's handling, but my mechanic Neil really goes that extra mile to make sure my car is running like it did when it rolled off the line. I was very impressed with the way he just tuned everything to perfection. Everyone from their General Manager down has been beyond helpful. Thanks guys! More

Now that Vista, Encinitas, and Carlsbad have combined service and dealerships, the number of cars on a Saturday waiting to be serviced was approximately 15 cars before 08:30! The new facility is absolutely fabulous, but we have been instructed that if you bring your vehicle in after 12:30, you will NOT receive your car until next day. Hoping there is movement with changing this...it is completely unrealistic to leave a car overnight for just an oil change More

We had an appointment at the designated time and the service rep was waiting for us. It took longer than we anticipated for the service and we left the car all afternoon and the car was ready at the end service rep was waiting for us. We had alternate transportation so not needed. Very nice, new facility. More
