Making appointments seems like a useless exercise here. I dropped my car off for oil change and expected to have it returned on the following day. I received no call that the car was ready and I had to call the service center on the following team. I ended up no it returned on the following day. I received no call that the car was ready and I had to call the service center on the following team. I ended up not getting the car back for 3 days. When it was returned the car was not washed. All in all, one of the poorest service performances I have encountered. More

This dealership is currently relocating from Encinitas to Carlsbad. Definitely, a rough start. First, showed up for appointment to be told not enough staff to perform an oil change. They wanted to keep it ov Carlsbad. Definitely, a rough start. First, showed up for appointment to be told not enough staff to perform an oil change. They wanted to keep it overnight. We chose to reschedule. At rescheduled appt, waited 30 mins past appt time for service advisor while 6 other advisors just sat there with no one in front of them. Upon return to pick up vehicle, car was not washed. I was not told it would not be washed. However, the service person who drove the car up to me told me "they don't have the water on" and "no other dealership will let us use their car wash because they don't like us here" Not sure what that means. More
