We decided we liked a 2024 Alpina after visiting a BMW showroom. We went to the Carlsbad dealership because we had previously leased a 2022 X6M from there. Indeed our experience with the Carlsbad BMW staff was excellent. Our sales rep was very helpful. He explained a lot about the new car and took us for a helpful drive. The finance process also went smoothly and easily. We are delighted with the vehicle and look at our experience with this transaction and the treatment by the dealer's staff very favorably. More

With the closing of the Vista and Encinitas service centers, all service has been diverted to the Carlsbad location. This puts a tremendous amount of stress on one location. Ramon was the service agent that assisted me and he was awesome. All the parts that were needed for my car were in stock, so I didnt have to wait for parts. The work was completed quickly. I would return to this location for service, but just know that it will be crazy busy. More

The value service seems to be a great value. I had my spark plugs replaces and now rear brakes, and oil changes. I wish other repairs would be assessed a bit more accurately and more fairly that I had my spark plugs replaces and now rear brakes, and oil changes. The replacement cost quote was only provided verbally and upon more shopping was almost double of what it should cost. So now looking for a qualified mechanic to perform the service. I would rather do all my maintenance here, if there was a bit more transparency on how replacement quotes are put together. Otherwise overall I had a good experience and plan to come back for those value services from BMW. More

Amazing experience! BMW Carlsbad staff is so attentive and caring. They did an excellent job. I appreciate you guys getting my car back up and running. It put my faith back into buying the BMW when the motor blew 3 weeks after owning it. The only thing I can complain about is that my service writer told me we were waiting on an approval for a new motor but one day I just got a call saying it was ready. They decided to just replace some parts in the motor and I wish I would’ve known what was going on with an update that they weren’t waiting on the approval of a new motor and instead was going to try and fix the problem when the service writer told me that the motor was shot. More
