We brought in our X3 for regular maintenance and Manuel provided excellent service. He inspected our car and informed us we needed new tires. I had a flat tire & contacted the new Carlsbad site which was difficult to do because the phone system is not good yet. It is the last dealer & the phone service is not good yet. The run tire that was installed looks like it went through a rough move from Encinitas. Keith Sherman is a Service adviser from Encinitas & did an excellent job checking the tires & a complete check of my I-3.. When I bring the car for the yearly checkup, I will need another that shows wear but will be good until the November Yearly Service. I was happy to see Keith Sherman there directing service. He was able to get my car done in a few hours! Excellent same day service! More
