Too many changes in the office. In past 4 years, every time I go for service new person is working there and the last person left the office. Hoping Carlsbad BMW opens soon- I don’t want to return to Encinitas- over 2 hours and over $300 for an oil change- (yes I had an appointment and I was on time). I asked about an estimate for a scratch on the Encinitas- over 2 hours and over $300 for an oil change- (yes I had an appointment and I was on time). I asked about an estimate for a scratch on the car , at first he didn’t see the ding- I pointed it out and his response was “that’s not under warranty” ??? I asked for the estimate again - he said, “sure no problem”. Problem - after the over 2 hours I was waiting there I approached him to check the status, “it just came up now” (sure). We review the paperwork, I pay then I ask about the estimate ?? “I will e mail it to this address here…”. “Yah. Ok”. I knew he was not going to e mail it to me and I know I don’t want to return to Encinitas BMW. More
