"I came because of bag recall and to buy a left front signal"

I was offered other recalls fuel pump and brake inspection & other recalls the car vacumed - & the bags taken care of but unfortunatly the fuel pump & brake booster vacum supply were not available for which I have to come back and leave the car another whole day The good think to compenste the lack of parts Iwas given round trip ride and the bulb installed for free

"Service was above and beyond all my expectations!"

I recently had an engine over-heating issue that left be stranded in the middle of a busy highway. It was literally an accident in the making as cars were not slowing down or heeding my emergency flashers! After calling 911 for emergency assist, I called my BMW service agent, who picked up the phone and reassured me and guided me and instructed me how to take care of myself and the vehicle. This guidance from my service associate was also crucial in my not creating damage to my troubled engine. Much to my complete delight and surprise, my service mgr. waited for me and the tow truck AFTER HOURS on a SATURDAY evening to greet me, accept my car from the wrecker, and give me the keys to a new 2018 Courtesy vehicle! I can never thank my service mgr. enough for coming to my rescue. He is the BEST! Take a bow, Mr. Adam Mobley.

"Great Service and Care from Dealership"

If it were not for the exceptional communication and care I received from Adam Mobley, I probably would not be buying another BMW. Adam along with Mike Evans (general manager) went above and beyond communicating and assuring that I felt assured all was being done to address the problem. My X3 was in for issues from Nov. 24th to Dec. 18th. The support given to the service department by the engineering department was poor but Adam kept pushing until a fix was found. Thank you Adam. I was given a great loaner to use for the 3 plus weeks. If I were to rate the engineering support group it would be 1 star and I doubt I would buy another BMW. BMW USA should thank Adam and Mike for their great customer focus.

We have been dealing with BMW of Charlottesville for many years and have found them to be excellent in all respects. The Service Department is particularly outstanding -- almost never a problem to get an appointment when we need one, the work is done when it is promised to be, and the results are never disappointing. "Service was great"

The car was due routine maintenance, and needed a Navigation system software update. Adam and the gang made it very easy experience. The addition of the separate building for service center was needed and has added to the ease of the service experience. In summary, they seem to have the resources, the appointment process can be done on-line, the loaners are available if you make the appointment, and the staff is friendly, courteous, attentive, and professional.

"After reviewing this company online, I was a little..."

After reviewing this company online, I was a little concerned about bringing my car here to do service on a recall issue to my 2001 BMW 330Ci. Right away, Donald was very friendly and helpful, giving me a loaner car to run errands with for the 2-3 hours he said it would take to complete the work. After 2 1/2 hours I received a phone call from them stating that the work had been done and my car was going through a complimentary detailing and would be ready in 5-10 minutes. Upon my return Donald was busy, so he had another young lady get me the paperwork, and with no charge and a clean car I was out the door. I don't really ever take the time to write reviews, but with only 2 positive reviews on this site for the service department (and two very negative ones), I thought it was only fair to them to share my experience. Hopefully this helps anyone skeptical have the confidence that there are certainly customers of theirs that get treated quite well! -Jonathan
