When I pointed out some minor flaws with the vehicle, Johnathan made sure they were repaired by the next day. The staff that handled the paperwork was very quick and efficient. The whole paperwork process took less than an hour and I was driving off the lot with my new (to me) vehicle with a great detailed job and a full tank of gas courtesy of the dealership. I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience. When it comes time for me to buy my next vehicle, I know I will be going back to BMW of Chattanooga. I have recommended them to my friends and family already. More
