Just another car dealer. I was ready to purchase a very specific used vehicle. It was showing in their inventory. I sent an email with a couple questions. I received appr I was ready to purchase a very specific used vehicle. It was showing in their inventory. I sent an email with a couple questions. I received approx 3 automated emails in return. None of which answered the questions. I then replied to 1 at a time asking the questions I had about the vehicle. no one responded for a day. I then got a response that they would have to look in the car. I waited until the next day. I then received another email asking if they could answer any questions. I am thinking, this is ridiculous. Then I receive an email that it should. No kidding, 3-4 days later. And the questions were never answered. Steer clear of this dealership. Sad that i was going to buy the car with cash but couldn't get the answers. And simple questions. does it have a tow package? Thats all I needed to know. Either answer I probably would have bought it. I am glad I didn't give them my business. I will continue my search, but not with BMW of Cincinnati North. More
