A wonderful car shopping experience! I found the car on line but the car was over a 3 hour drive away. I must say the whole experience was beyond my expectations as Brad had ALL my paperwork ready to go and the finance office literally took MINUTES to approve me and get me a GREAT percentage rate on my loan. Great, easy experience I have purchased several different brands of new cars over the years and have had a broad spectrum of experiences with different dealerships and sales I have purchased several different brands of new cars over the years and have had a broad spectrum of experiences with different dealerships and salespeople. The experience at BMW North was by far the best. Everyone was very friendly and respectful. They were very attentive and responsive but did not apply any pressure to make a sale. They were willing to bid against another dealership for a similarly equipped car and really cut to the chase with a great offer, including a very competitive bid on my trade-in. Everything went very smoothly and I was ultimately happy to give them my business. More

Areas of improvement would include having Sales person explain the auto features during the initial test drive especially since we never drove a BMW. Also, the maintenance plan was not explained during the sales process nor the tire protection. This would have been important to know prior to the Sale, not at the closing. The actual closing was very long-over 3.5 hours- it took longer than closing on a house . Post sales been moderately OK so far but mostly because we are initiating the activity- in other words- we are reaching out to BMW verses the other way around. Still wait to see if BMW follow through on several requested items. Note: Still not sure if we bought a new vehicle (never been titled) or a used car with 5700 miles on it- still somewhat not clear More
