Awesome service advisors, terrible detail job Dana and Sophie as well as all the service personnel are amazing!! My detail job on the M4 however was...terrible. This does not reflect poorly on your service personnel as I said they are great; however I would probably have a chat with the Detail Shop. More

My X3 was in for service for 3 weeks (not a problem with the exceptional loaner program). However the communication and status updates could have been better. And finally when I received my car it was dirty on the outside, a oily footprint was on the carpet and the steering wheel was greasy. So I headed directly to the carwash. More
