Poor Service My service adviser was impossible to get a hold of. On Wednesday, for example, I called him 5 times and texted him 2 times between 11 and 5, before he My service adviser was impossible to get a hold of. Again I left a message, and I know the delivery driver called him as well. It is 11:30 Monday now, and I have heard nothing. More

Very disappointing experience. I was very disappointed with my service experience. I had normal maintenance scheduled and a full car detailing. I did not get a call when my service I was very disappointed with my service experience. I had normal maintenance scheduled and a full car detailing. I did not get a call when my service was done and had to follow up myself to find the car ready. The detailing was horrible - mats were dirty, carpet was not swept and crumbs were still in the car. Very disappointing and for sure do not recommend this service center. Quality and Value are not good. More

Communication is Terrible My previous experience with this service center was terrible. I had already decided to never go back there. Unfortunately, my car was having trouble My previous experience with this service center was terrible. I had already decided to never go back there. Unfortunately, my car was having trouble near this location and I didn't really have a choice. Recently they made a lot a changes in the service department. They have almost all new people in the customer facing positions. It is really a shame. The previous 3 years experience that I had with this location were fantastic. The past 4 months have been terrible. The people themselves are good people and they are nice. I just feel that there has been a change in the management that requires that they only communicate via text and email. This is not my preferred form of communication. I really just want someone to pick up the phone and call me about my vehicle (status, repair, etc..). This has not happened the last two times I have visited this location. ALL communication has happened because I have had to initiate it. On the good side, Deshaun still continues to provide good service. Also, the cashier lady at the front near the door continues to be great. More
