Horrible customer service No one could tell me if my tow eyehook was in my car, did not get any return calls, and there was so much grease on the inside of my front doors!! Good visit, it however could have been better In most cases my wife and I are very pleased with BMW North's service. However, my last visit left me a little disappointed. My X3 was in for service for 3 weeks (not a problem with the exceptional loaner program). However the communication and status updates could have been better. And finally when I received my car it was dirty on the outside, a oily footprint was on the carpet and the steering wheel was greasy. So I headed directly to the carwash. More

Brake fluid/oil change I received a call telling me that BMW had received notification from my car that I needed a brake flush. I scheduled the appointment and spoke with t I received a call telling me that BMW had received notification from my car that I needed a brake flush. I scheduled the appointment and spoke with the service advisor upon arriving and was told that I didn’t need a brake flush but that I needed an oil change. Not sure why there was the confusion. I waited for the oil change which took approximately two hours. More
