We worked with Brad Schultz on the purchase of our new BMW X3. Brad was very patient with us as I first came in possibly looking for a different car. I ended up not liking that car like I thought I would but Brad knew I liked the X3 and worked many hours with me to put a deal in place that would meet everything I wanted. We made several trips to the dealership and the BMW Genius's Alex and Jake were so helpful and patient as well. After multiple visits, trade appraisals and a lot of patience, we scheduled delivery of our new X3 and were very delighted with the welcome process at the dealership and the time spent going over the new car. They had it immaculately detailed and completely ready to go. The paperwork was painless and we spent more time learning the new car than doing any paperwork. Truly a different car-buying experience and one you won't be disappointed with. Brad is very knowledgeable and will help you find the car you want if they don't have it in-stock. No pressure sales into something you don't want, only an offer to find what you do which is very much appreciated and unexpected! More

Don’t buy anything from them Bought a supposedly Certified used BMW X.3 and in the first month it had nothing but problems. From the minute I walked in, it was clear this was not a 'typical dealership.' My sales rep, Brad, was personable, knowledgeable, and maybe most importantly, low-pressure. He helped make sense of the inventory and available features, but he didn't press me on making a decision or picking a particular (read: more expensive) vehicle. Once I made the decision to buy, Brad and the finance manager, Mike, had the car and the documents teed up so by the time I arrived, I was in and out in under an hour. Completely painless. I've never been a fan of car dealerships, but I *am* a fan of BMW of Cincinnati North. I'll certainly be back. More
