Third Purchase- Exceeded Expectations Again! New and refreshing sales model that left me feeling satisfied once again. During my last two car deals with BMW North I was able to work directly with Shujaat and Norm to put a very fair deal together. I also enjoyed having a dedicated technician ride along during the test drive to answer questions as opposed to having a salesman ride along. Difficult to believe that a premium car with less than 5 years/32,000 miles on west chester roads would deteriorate to the extent of the initial service recommendation that amounted to over $7K. Cant determine if the X6 or the service recommendation is poor quality. Don't know whether to be disappointed with the car or the service recommendation. More

I was undecided about trading in my car when I went in, and he patiently set up test drives with a couple different models and made sure I understood the technology available for each. When I finally made a decision, I ended up leasing instead of buying, bought a different car than the one I had originally intended, and Clay dealt with all of these changes with a smile. I purposely went back to the dealership to work with him, as I knew I would be treated fairly and it would be a great experience. More

Flat tire....replaced quickly Had a screw in my run flat tire....attendant that greeted me was very nice, efficient and took care of me quickly with no appointment.
