But, not really sure why things in the vehicle need to be messed with..seats were moved shade for sub roof was closed..temp was dialed down to 60 degrees..but they did wash it..an Dana was an is always very helpful..not sure what you are paying her but she should get a raise.. Excellent experience I was treated professionally, was told what was found wrong with my car, what it would take to fix it, and approximately how much it was going to cost I was treated professionally, was told what was found wrong with my car, what it would take to fix it, and approximately how much it was going to cost. Surprise! When searching for BMW dealerships in the Cincinnati area BMW of Cincinnati North failed to appear at the top of the list when entering "BMW Cincinnat When searching for BMW dealerships in the Cincinnati area BMW of Cincinnati North failed to appear at the top of the list when entering "BMW Cincinnati" until last Thursday. I inquired about a car online and was quickly called by Jason Maudlin one of the sales personnel at the dealership. We worked out a deal and now I'm driving my new BMW X5! Everyone at the dealership was extremely professional and courteous. I worked with Jason, Michael Donovan, and Tyler the detail employee. Tyler showed me the features of my car and gave me his card to call him if I had any further questions. I like the mini show room where they present your car to you after purchase!
