Ignoring my concerns, some being safety related, and then trying to sell me tires and an alignment, how unfortunate. I am putting my two bit service dept. experience with BMW North online and answering your survey. I get a laugh out of your response, "someone from mgmt will be contacting you"...no one has contacted me yet. Looks good to prospects, until they read reviews from others like me. Even the person who brought my car to me, after supposedly being serviced, saw all the issues you did not even look at, that were listed on the service order. Based on my experience with your service dept., I am selling the car and buying another one through a different BMW dealership. You sell a good car, but you are a two bit operation More

Purchase of X3 I have to say that my experience at BMW North was excellent. I had previously purchased a car at the BMW store in Cincy and we stopped there first. Th I have to say that my experience at BMW North was excellent. I had previously purchased a car at the BMW store in Cincy and we stopped there first. They could not find my car and the follow up went 4 days without a word so we went to BMW North and even though I called after hours on a weekday, I was to swing by the next day and they showed me a couple of cars that fit my need. After the salesman went thru the array of options for these cars, we settled on what we really needed and he was able to find a car on his lot that was exactly what we needed. I really felt that we were important customers even though we didn't purchase the most expensive car on the lot. More

His constant communication with me over the weekend with getting my car serviced and helping me through the finance purchase process was outstanding. The only thing to be improved is the wait time to see a finance & closing agent at the dealership...waiting hours on a Saturday was inefficient. There needed to be more finance / document sign off staff present. More

New car lease I went to the dealership essentially to validate buying a competitor's product. The rep showed me the car I asked for with no waiting and no pressure I went to the dealership essentially to validate buying a competitor's product. The rep showed me the car I asked for with no waiting and no pressure. After driving it I said it wasn't't for me. Without any argument he thanked me for my feedback and asked if I had seen a different model - recently arrived and at the upper end of my range. I hadn't seen it; he didn't offer a test drive because he could tell I was in a hurry and he was pretty smart. I asked to drive the car and loved it. I told him that because it was a big change from my original intent I wanted to think about it. Again, no pressure. He emailed me information about the car I liked in the color I wanted, but did not call me. I called him the next day and said I wanted to talk to him about it. I went back in and made a deal with no hassle. The car arrived when they said it would, all the costs were exactly as he agreed to and the car, and the dealership staff, were ready when I arrived. I was out of the dealership in about 45 minutes largely because I spent 20 or 25 learning the features of the car. More
