He programmed my cell phone information to the car's system, something a luddite like me could not do. A salesman like Brad is the reason I wanted to go to a known dealership. I found similar cars a little cheaper, but his experience and everything I got added after buying the car made this purchase, overall, less expensive and I am far more confidant in my deal. I did not expect to be able to afford a BMW, but I could afford this one. I have never had a car as nice as this one, but the Jake Sweeney team made the experience less stressful. They also let my 9 and 11 year old sit in the $180,000 demo cars in the lobby, so if you have kids, bring them. More

Almost walked away due to warranty person My interaction with the salesman was uneventful. We came in to look at a used BMW so we had done some research ahead of time. He was kind of like buy it or don't, he doesn't really care. Which on one hand was nice that he wasn't pressuring us but on the other hand, just seemed disinterested in general. I wasn't feeling that great about the deal we got on the vehicle and when we sat down to do the finances and the lady started talking about all the warranties, I was ready to walk away. She was pushing the warranties so hard but from the perspective of you really need these because the rims are a weaker metal so they'll dent more easily and you'll be out so much money and this happens all the time....and you're going to need to replace all this stuff and it's so expensive. I'm seriously doubting why I'm buying this car that she just convinced me is going to continue to suck money out of me....but why would they sell these warranties if they're not making money on them most of the time??? I was really sick at the time of the sale and just bought the car anyway but I looked at my husband and mumbled, "is she trying to get us to walk away???" Uneventful and not impressed. Who makes the person buying it feel like they are getting a crappy deal and will have to continually dump a lot of money into it? More
