Terrible experience by people who don't care about you Terrible experience with this staff. Brought my 3 series in for a recall since they are known to catch on FIRE. So I bring it in after scheduling an a Terrible experience with this staff. Brought my 3 series in for a recall since they are known to catch on FIRE. So I bring it in after scheduling an appointment for 7:30. I get there 7:20 before anyone else, I knock on the door and they see me standing at the door and make eye contact with the employees but they just ignore me. So I guess they won't even come to the door to let you know where you should go or do for a recall. 3 minutes before opening other customers and start pulling their cars up near the service door. I guess that's the protocol? Would have been nice to know that if they took the liberty to come to the door instead of making me stand there like a fool. Lost my place to 2 other people because I was unclear on what I needed to do. After that, they said the car will get done today. No update throughout the day. They said the car would be ready by 3 pm. I then get a text saying the car hasn't even been taken back and that it won't be ready today. So basically, I came in before everyone, but I was last to get service. On top of that, they didn't give me a rental. They said all their rental cars were out. Even though I was going to be without a car and even though I came before many people, I would not get a rental or any accommodation to get to work. They couldn't even call me a Lyft to take me to work and would have to commute at my own expense. Little was done to mitigate the situation and definitely felt like I wasn't getting treated as fairly. Maybe it's because I'm just there for a recall and not actually spending money? Well, guess I won't be spending money there in the future. I was told the car would be ready in the morning. It wasn't. Come to 3pm, car was JUST going in for service. So a day and a half later, I was just getting service. And then two hours later the car is ready to get picked up. That's the absurd part, it was a 2-3 hour job yet they wanted me to drop the car off at 7:30 am just to be told to wait a day and a half just to get service. No reimbursement for the $30 I spent on Ubers. Their excuse was "well, there's no charge on the service". Waited around 30 minutes to speak to a manager and kept brushing me off so I left. Long story short, if you need work done, avoid this place. Customer service is trash. Of course they'll gladly put you into a $80,000 car but if you need any service done, avoid it. While I can't say if I will be buying another BMW in the future, I can definitely say that I will be taking my business elsewhere. Btw the 'managers' name is Ryan in case you want someone to avoid. First time service I brought a 2008 I bought from out of state to BMW North to get a thorough inspection of the vehicle. Customer service was efficient and top notch. I will definitely be doing all my tuneups and work to them! More

BMW has the best selection of certified preowned cars and they are SO much more approachable and easy to work with compared to the old BMW store on Stewart that doesn’t want to talk to you unless you are sending $50k. Horrible customer service No one could tell me if my tow eyehook was in my car, did not get any return calls, and there was so much grease on the inside of my front doors!!
