I ended up not liking that car like I thought I would but Brad knew I liked the X3 and worked many hours with me to put a deal in place that would meet everything I wanted. We made several trips to the dealership and the BMW Genius's Alex and Jake were so helpful and patient as well. After multiple visits, trade appraisals and a lot of patience, we scheduled delivery of our new X3 and were very delighted with the welcome process at the dealership and the time spent going over the new car. They had it immaculately detailed and completely ready to go. The paperwork was painless and we spent more time learning the new car than doing any paperwork. Truly a different car-buying experience and one you won't be disappointed with. Brad is very knowledgeable and will help you find the car you want if they don't have it in-stock.
