Customer Service is a #1 Priority I am currently driving my third new BMW bought from the same salesperson at this dealership, and am planning to buy my fourth. That’s how satisfied I am with the Sales Department. I have had, however, several problems with the Service Department. Once the Service Advisor to which I was assigned not only forgot that I was waiting on my car, but when I finally found another Service Advisor to retrieve my car, it was dirty (including a black greasy handprint on light leather seats). Later, I had to inquire what had been done to my car, including whether recall work had been performed. The Dealer Manager did follow-up with me after this appointment, and I have confidence that the problem was resolved. This was disheartening, because my other Service appointments have been very professional and complete. More

Got a Great Deal on a Great Car I bought my first 330i BMW ten years ago and sold it 3 years ago. I received an email from another BMW dealership who had some left over 2016 328xi BM I bought my first 330i BMW ten years ago and sold it 3 years ago. I received an email from another BMW dealership who had some left over 2016 328xi BMWs. I went and looked at one and went home and did some research to see if I could get a better deal. I found a similar one online at BMW of Cincinnati North and called about it. It was more equipped and less money than the one I had previously looked at so I called and spoke to a salesman, Chris Lykins, who was very knowledgeable and helpful. He sent me a breakdown of all the features on the BMW at his dealership. I went and bought it the next day. Chris had already cleaned it and filled the tank up with gas and was able to give me an even better deal than he told me on the telephone. Tony Heitz, the finance manager, was very helpful too. Believe it or not, this new BMW ended up costing me less than the one I purchased ten years ago and even has more features. I love my new car which really is the ultimate driving machine. More

They made buying a car what it should have been; fun. I was a first time car buyer, and when your first car you're looking at is a BMW, it gets a little daunting. I did what any other millennial would do and started online when I found a car I liked. I ended up texting the dealership about the car, which led to an appointment with a gentleman named Clay. I believe he is also in charge of online sales as well. He was formal, polite, and hospitable. When we first met, he asked me what I'm looking for in a car, and came up with a few options at various price points and just like that I was on the road test driving some cars. Now unfortunately I didn't qualify for the first car I was eyeing due to my new credit, so he and a gentleman named Tony worked with various banks to qualify me for a loan. I even did some searching on my own, and their rate was better than anything I've found AND they even offered to refinance! Clay made the entire experience fun. He says "That's how it should be" and it resonated with me the entire time. It was fun, and it wasn't intimidating. I never felt like I was being cheated out of anything nor did it feel like the stereotype of what car dealerships are like. If I knew anyone in the market, I would recommend Clay every time. 10/10 More

But, not really sure why things in the vehicle need to be messed with..seats were moved shade for sub roof was closed..temp was dialed down to 60 degrees..but they did wash it..an Dana was an is always very helpful..not sure what you are paying her but she should get a raise..
