I would like to start by saying I received OUTSTANDING customer service from Brad Schultz from the moment I inquired about the vehicle online, up until the day I purchased the vehicle. I had a 40k service. They said they checked everything according to protocol. We went on a trip to North Carolina from Ohio 3 weeks later. The coolant had a low warning sign in Tennessee in the misdle of nowhere. We called BMW to ask if the coolant was checked. Tim, the service manager said it was checked by his reputable mechanic. I said that it was unacceptable that a coolant level checked would give a low warning in 3 weeks later. I told him it was a horrible service and my family could have been stranded in the middle of nowhere. He said that he is sorry and that’s all he could do and if I’m unhappy I should go to another facility. I’ll leave my review to that and you be the judge. More
