I was hesitant about buying a car site unseen and from out of state. I reached out online and received a response from Clay within a couple hours. He worked diligently to get me the best price for the car, keeping it within my budget. He knew I was hesitant about buying the car out of state, but immediately put my mind at ease. He informed me they ship cars all the time, and even arranged the shipping for me using the same company they use, at a minimum price! He quickly answered all of my questions, sometimes twice - always with a great sense of humor! He remained in contact with me throughout the entire process, and continues to check in with me to make sure I am completely satisfied with my car. He made this process easy and was wonderful to work with. I dreaded the entire 'car buying experience' at a dealership, but thanks to Clay, this time it was painless!
