My visit with David Tyson, my service manager, was outstanding. He walked me through everything that needed to be done, pointed out some coupons I didn’t even know about, and ended up saving me some m outstanding. The cost was right in line with what I’d pay at an outside shop, but I get the peace of mind knowing it’s all handled by BMW mechanics. Even better, their tire prices actually beat Discount Tire, and they got everything done in one go. I could’ve taken a free loaner, but the lounge was really nice, so I stayed, got some work done, and waited while they took care of the car. Overall, great experience all around — I’d definitely recommend their service department and especially David Tyson! More
Initially, service was great. However, I went to pick up my vehicle, and I saw it sitting up front as the young lady told me it would be so I went over and started examining it an However, I went to pick up my vehicle, and I saw it sitting up front as the young lady told me it would be so I went over and started examining it and touching on my tires. As I was doing this an employee came outside and aggressively yelled "ma'am what are you doing?" As if I'm just randomly touching a vehicle. As a young mother, and minority I'm doing well for myself and I worked very hard so his judgement and treatment of me really bothered me and my boyfriend who was on the phone when it happened. No apology was provided. He didn't ask me if I needed assistance, or even properly greet me. He realized that it was my vehicle. He proceeded to laugh with Jessica, and walked away. Shot my whole experience. I want a follow up call and not a placation. More
