I was invited to the dealership after I expressed interest in a 2023 330e through truecar. I like the ride and decided to buy it. I wasn’t given an option to finance from my own bank and was forced t interest in a 2023 330e through truecar. I like the ride and decided to buy it. I wasn’t given an option to finance from my own bank and was forced to finance through the dealership preferred vendor. I agreed to that and a hard credit check was made. They sai I am good to get finance and want to move ahead with purchase after agreeing on the rate. Soon after that the agent came back and told that there is a stop sale on the car and I will not be able to purchase that day and had to wait. I waited for one week and when called they said, the stop sale is still there and it might take even couple of months. This is definitely fishy and I had hard credit check on my account, when raised this issue with general manager, he questioned if I ever purchase anything and do I know how it works. I got upset and dropped my plans to buy as a new 330e order itself takes 2 months to deliver. Don’t recommend this experience to anyone. All I ended up is with a hard credit check and a bad experience. PS: Dear manager, I purchased few things and paid them on time which is the reason for my excellent credit score, probably you might not have one. More

I moved my service from Plano. I needed my car to be repaired quickly and they did everything they could to accommodate me. I had my car in about a month ago to get new brakes, and then I had an issue with my car play so I took my car back in to get it fixed. Sometimes when I am driving I notice that my steering wheel catches, s then I had an issue with my car play so I took my car back in to get it fixed. Sometimes when I am driving I notice that my steering wheel catches, so I mentioned that as well.. When I got my brakes fixed, they recommended an alignment. This time they said the left front strut was bent so it was going to cost about $9,000 dollars to fix. So I asked them to do the alignment, but they wouldn't do it this time because they said it wouldn't fix the issue. So I don't understand how no one noticed the strut issue before and didn't address it. I feel like they should have noticed this when they were fixing my brakes if it was a severe issue. I am definitely going to get a second opinion before I spend $9,000 on this. This definitely happened when I nailed a curb last year and blew the tire out and had to have it towed. So I am very confused about how this never caught the attention of a technician before now if it's a major issue. More
