Victor at BMW Dallas was fantastic, took my M235i due to some rattle i heard in low gears, turned out to be a TPM sensor was broken inside the wheel. Either way they found a leak on the radiator and replac some rattle i heard in low gears, turned out to be a TPM sensor was broken inside the wheel. Repair options were not clearly communicated. Wrong repair was done and I was still charged. Service advisor went on vacation and never reached out to let me know my car was finished. Due to high dollar amount I sat on the estimate for a day and they were nice about it! Francisco helped me the first time and Brian later both were awesome! Brian even took into consideration what the other shop sent me and investigated the issue diligently, and proved them wrong with videos! I bought my car here few years ago, and I think I’ll get my next one here as well. It is not cheap, but it is reasonable and that’s all I need. More
