I currently live in Allen Texas, I visited Sewell BMW (formerly knowns as Classic BMW) and through my personal experience, service there is very mediocre at best. I decided to visit BMW of Dallas an (formerly knowns as Classic BMW) and through my personal experience, service there is very mediocre at best. I decided to visit BMW of Dallas and I am very glad I did. The service provided was top notch. The entire experience was a breath of fresh air. The entire staff treated me like a person and not a like wallet. Francisco was very professional and very communicative. He provided me with full transparency of all repairs & pricing options.
