Workers are very professional and so nice, I did have a small issue this last time I went. I had an appointment for 3:00PM and was serviced at that time but I was forgotten about. I have to say John in sales was absolutely outstanding. .. He heard what I needed and wanted and and made it super easy to lease my car even with a 1000 questions I had. This is my 1st BMW and I can say after my lease is up I will be coming back to john to get another BMW. We need more people like him honest and funny and with a great since of humor .on another not I am unhappy that my heated seats do not work at all and that my driver seat is damaged or defective. I have called the service department 6 times and no response from them . I had to take it to my local dealership and they are fighting me to fix it. I took it there at 51 miles . This is not what I had hoped for with a brand new bmw my seat looks like it is 3 or 4 years old. And it's not its a 2022. But overall great buying experience I have ever had. More
