I initially had a great experience and all was great! I went to get two minor things done at the dealership and my car was forgotten about twice at the service center. On top of that I was promised a few I went to get two minor things done at the dealership and my car was forgotten about twice at the service center. On top of that I was promised a few things and when I requested them I had a rude parts employee who didn’t care to help. I also requested the manager to give me a call back based on the service I had recieved and I never heard back after two calls with voicemail. I will never buy a car here again and will be taking my business back to Mercedes’. I had just bought a new 2022 5 series and will never do business with bmw dallas again. Service was terrible. More
