I’ve owned four BMWs and I believe BMW Dallas has had a hand in servicing my vehicles. Recent service on my 2018 530i was 4/21-4/22/22. Went in for a scheduled battery replacement. Surprise, they didn’t have in stock and didn’t notify me beforehand so now I need to go back and miss a little more work. Frustrating.
