In April 2024 I took my vehicle in for repairs and maintenance. I was advised everything needed done would cost me $10868.44. I stupidly paid it and once I picked up my vehicle, the same problems pers maintenance. I was advised everything needed done would cost me $10868.44. I stupidly paid it and once I picked up my vehicle, the same problems persist. I took it back they gave me excuse after excuse. January 2025 I took it back and they said another $6000 to repair it. Looking at all my invoices they literally said is was something different but the part had already been replaced prior as it comes as an assembly. They just relabeled it and charged me for another water pump. They lie! Cheat people out of money. Horrible customer service. They wouldn't give me a loaner vehicle bc I had a paper license from renewing my license. But I was told other customers have got loaners with a temp license but won't give me one. More
They scam and cheat you out of money by relabeling the work needed done and charge you again for the same work. On pricing negotiated a price before coming in and did not change like most dealerships going back in forth or slipping extra cost you have to catch before signing on the dotted line.
