We recently purchased a BMW X3 M Series from AutoNation BMW of Dallas. Overall, the experience was positive—the selection of vehicles was strong, customer service was good, and the facilities were clean an BMW of Dallas. Unfortunately, one issue significantly detracted from the experience. During the “detailing” process, the original BMW floor mats that were supposed to come with the vehicle were removed and replaced with cheap, generic mats. The mats had been discussed multiple times during price negotiations, so discovering this after we got home—since the purchase was completed in the evening—was both surprising and disappointing. It felt like a tacky bait-and-switch and left a bad taste in our mouths. We do love the car—BMW makes a great product—but this was our third purchase with this dealership, and that kind of distasteful tactic makes us think twice about buying here again. Overall, a good process overshadowed by an avoidable and classless misstep. More

I take my BMW-X5 back to the dealer where I purchased it 5 years ago because for the most part, they meet the price of the private mechanics and regularly offer 25% off coupons to their regular customers th 5 years ago because for the most part, they meet the price of the private mechanics and regularly offer 25% off coupons to their regular customers thereby making the repair reasonable. Additionally they always give me a loaner car so I am not dealing with having to have someone pick me up and take me back to work or home. Have bought 3 BMW's from this dealer and they have always been awesome in all interactions. I do still get my tires from a different retailer as they cannot compete on Discount Tire pricing and service. And I love the fact that they have the mechanic working on the vehicle send me a video as he goes over the car, of the identified issues with his voice-over so you can see and hear the assessment. More
Made 8:00AM appointment. Wasn’t greeted by service Rep until 8:25 or 8:30 as they weren’t there yet. They use the cheapest Lyft to transport customers.
